Williams, Gloria Ann (nee Gnade) age 82 of Sandwich MA passed away Friday, January 29, 2021

Gloria grew up in Hawthorne, NJ. She raised her family in Oakland, NJ and then “retired” to Sandwich (Cape Cod) MA.

Gloria was a homemaker / stay at home mom until her 4 boys had grown, though she found the time to volunteer at a daycare facility in Paterson. As a member of Ponds Reformed Church, she oversaw sponsorship of Laotian refugees. Gloria then got to see the world as a travel agent. While in Sandwich, she was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels for Elder Services of Cape Cod. She enjoyed sailing, needle point, walking her dog, doting on her husband and entertaining her family. She had a ready smile and was adored by all who knew her.

Gloria was the beloved wife of Graham Williams for 65 years. She is predeceased by her son Christopher of Braintree, MA; she is survived by her son Scott and his wife Katie of Wyckoff, NJ, her son Todd and his wife Margo of Warwick, RI, her son Timothy and his partner Jean Paul of Boston, MA, and her daughter-in-law Maureen of Braintree, MA. She also is survived by 6 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, her brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews.

Her family will have a celebration of her life when feasible
