Mary E. "Betty" (Feaver) Minardi

89, of Rehoboth, Massachusetts, died peacefully on December 3, 2018.  She was the wife of Victor J. Minardi.

Born in Norwood, Massachusetts, a daughter of the late Herman and Marion (Nowell) Feaver, she lived in Riverside, Rhode Island, where she was active in Cub Scouts and her neighborhood women’s crafts group, before moving to Rehoboth in 1971.

Betty worked as a secretary in the shipping department of the former Puritan Life Insurance Company until its closure in 1985.  She then worked for Texas Instruments before retiring in 1989.  She was active throughout her retirement, and especially cherished her friends in her bowling league.

She is survived by her children, John V. Minardi and his wife Linda Tan of Seattle, WA, and Christopher P. Minardi and his wife Susan of Clifton Park, NY, and two grandsons, Stephen and Matthew Minardi.  She was the sister of the late Dorothy (Feaver) Von Euw, Marion (Feaver) Dunn, and Helen (Feaver) Crawford.

Calling hours will be held Sunday December 9, 2018 from 2:00-5:00 PM in the Smith-Mason Funeral Home, 398 Willett Avenue, Riverside, RI 02915. A funeral service will be held on Monday December 10, 2018 AT 10:00 am in the Smith-Mason Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 550 Wampanoag Trail, Riverside, RI 02915.
